Sexual Mindfulness Project

The Sexual Mindfulness Project examines how being more aware and less judgmental may be linked with sexual well-being.

We use a number of data sets to examine the benefits of slowing down and being present during sex and in general living. We also investigate the role of sexual mindfulness in all age groups and give particular attention to how mindfulness may differ by gender.

Potential applicants are encouraged to have taken Research Methods and Statistics. Prior research experience is encouraged, but not required.
