Research Interests:
As a researcher-practitioner, Dr. Jackson's research interests include psychotherapy intervention effectiveness (e.g., brief strategic systemic therapy, couple therapy, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder), protective and risk factors of couple relationship quality and stability, ambiguous loss, and disability. He is the director of the Family Therapy Effectiveness Lab.
